Tolaga Bay is larger than most of the settlements on this coast and features some great
accommodation options including Kiwi Bach (see advert below) and The Tolaga Bay
Holiday Park (see ad next page), The Tolaga Bay Inn (see advert above) which is one of
the last remaining historical hotels on the East Coast. It has served the community and
travellers for over 130 years. The current owners have ancestral links entrenched in the
Coast and have a passion to restore this iconic treasure. With this in mind plans are afoot
to transform the country pub into a community hub including an information centre. To
do this the aim is to incorporate various social enterprises to encourage economic growth
